Study Visa
Studying in Canada can be the best pathway to gain valuable experience, credentials, and immigration status. Canadian educational degrees are highly recognized and offer better job opportunities globally. Canada is one of the favorite destinations for international students. Education in Canada is on par with and is more affordable than education in the United Kingdom, Australia, and the United States. Obtaining a Canadian degree increases your chances of obtaining permanent residence in Canada. There are federal and provincial immigration programs that prioritize Canadian-educated candidates.

If you want to study in Canada, you will need to obtain a study permit from Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Generally, you must have a letter of acceptance from a designated Canadian institution. An authorized and validated study permit in Canada is a pre-requisite if you wish to join a Canadian university or college for pursuing any academic, professional, and vocational training course. When a student arrives in Canada, a study permit is issued to students. However, to acquire a study permit, a study permit seeker is required to first apply for a Temporary Resident Visa.

Citizenship and Residence
Canadian Citizenship is the end of a long journey. To become a Canadian citizen, candidates must first obtain their permanent residence. Once someone has obtained their permanent residence, they must fulfill all their permanent resident obligations and be in Canada for at least 1095 days (3 years) during the 5 years before they submit their application for citizenship.

Once you become a full citizen, you are able to vote, hold office and get jobs that are reserved only for citizens, and travel for long periods of time, with the ability to always be able to come home to Canada. It is well worth your while to apply now if you qualify.
There are several programs that lead to Canadian permanent residency. One of the best-known of these programs is the Express Entry program (Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience Class, and Federal Skilled Trades Program).

Investors
Canada welcomes business people wanting to expand or open a business in Canada. There are several federal and provincial programs to help entrepreneurs, investors, and self-employed persons to obtain permanent residency.

PNP is a two-step process system. First, you apply to the province. After you have been nominated by a province or territory, you must make a separate application to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) for permanent residence. A CIC officer will then assess your application based on Canadian immigration regulations. You will have to pass English or French test, a medical exam, and obtain a police certificate.

Work Visa
Canada is known as one of the top destinations for foreign nationals who are seeking employment. It provides attractive wages, workplace safety and quality of life. Work permits are issued under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) by Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Foreign nationals, who wish to work in Canada are required to obtain a valid work permit. All temporary workers must also meet the requirements and criteria before being admitted into Canada. There are many regulations that govern Canada’s working class.

Foreign nationals who wish to work in Canada are generally required to have a job offer from a Canadian employer to obtain a work permit. Before being eligible to apply for a work permit, the potential employer may have to apply for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). Matching your experience, skills, and language abilities to the conditions of employment and Canada’s immigration law criteria can be an overwhelming process.

Some temporary workers are exempt from the requirements for obtaining a work permit as set out in Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
